Psychometric assessments give organisations a clear, evidence-based understanding of their people. This clarity supports better talent selection, focused development, improved collaboration, and sustained performance.

Facilitation includes the design and delivery of focused workshops that convert dialogue into decisions and action—from strategy and leadership offsites to culture and change sessions and team development sessions—all are supported by pre-work and diagnostics that surface root causes and enable psychologically safe, high-quality conversations for meaningful and sustainable shifts.

Our Graduate & Early-Career Development programmes blend ontological coaching, interactive workshops, and experiential learning to support a confident transition into the workplace. Growing Connections was founded by Anine Bennett, an Organisational Psychologist, HR Executive and ICF-accredited Ontological Coach, after more than two decades working at the intersection of people, leadership and organisational performance.
Through her work inside complex and multi-national organisations in the Motor Manufacturing, FMCG, Banking and Consulting sectors, Anine has seen that sustainable success is not created by strategy alone, but through growth and connection—how leaders relate to themselves, to others and to the systems they lead. Growing Connections was created to work at this deeper level.
Her work focuses on developing leaders and organisations from the inside out—strengthening awareness, leadership presence, trust and culture so that people can do meaningful work and organisations can perform sustainably. Based in Bahrain and working across the region, Africa and the rest of the world, Anine is deeply committed to building future-ready leadership and workforce capability.
